As anyone who has followed my program, watched my videos, or listened to my podcast probably already knows, I'm not a fan of sleep props. I find that babies and toddlers sleep best when they learn to do it without any outside assistance. Having said that, there are three tools that I find incomparably helpful when it comes to getting your little ones a happy, restorative night's sleep. I'll tell you what they are and why I'm such a fan of them in this week's episode.
