Babies and toddlers need a lot of sleep, and obviously we all want our babies to sleep soundly through the night so they can get the rest they need. (And hey, if it means we get to sleep through the night too, who's going to argue, right?) But what happens when we, the parents, become an essential part of their ability to fall asleep?
